Over the last 30 years, I have worn many hats—database administrator, developer, data modeler, process modeler, business analyst, Salesforce administrator, and solution designer. I’ve learned many things, including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and more. I’ve developed solutions for many processes, including employee onboarding, employee offboarding, client onboarding, contract closure, change management, and more.
